SHIPPING TIME & EXPECTATIONS
Each piece is made by hand by me, making it completely unique in its color flow and pattern. Please expect slight variations in color intensity and marbling, if applicable, from the listing’s photos. Imperfections are celebrated (and should be expected) as part of the design, however, every effort is made to minimize said imperfections.
Unless otherwise noted in the listing, these items are made to order just for you.
Cement Items
Please allow me 7-14 business days to make your cement item as it needs to cure and then be sealed. Timing will vary, either more or less, depending on the item. Jewelry, for example, will take much less time to cure than a large plant pot. Please add more time for multiple-item orders.
Resin Items
Please allow me 4-6 business days to create your resin item.
Once shipped, please allow 2-7 days of shipping time. The time it takes to deliver your order to you is out of my hands. You’ll be provided with the tracking number to follow its progress.
GUARANTEE
Cement items should be treated with care. Just like ceramic, clay, or glass, if you drop it, it will break. That’s just physics.
The resin jewelry I create is guaranteed for 12 months. If the hardware breaks or needs repair, please e-mail me at carrie@carriecrafting.com.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At this time, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If an item arrives broken, please e-mail me at carrie@carriecrafting.com and we’ll go from there. I’ll do what I can to rectify the situation.
